The meeting place was City Hall MRT Station at 2000 hours.
I arrived there first followed by Vincent, Sharul then Lee.

We proceed to Marina Square Where we bought burgers and sat outside in the open air eating while listening to music.

After the meal we walked down the road discussing  our next destination. It's gonna be Changi Airport but none knew the bus to take when suddenly Vincent brought up the cemetery and instantly we agreed but he got scared. He managed to persuade us to postpone it because we’re Nation X and if one doesn’t want to go then the rest follow suit. (Not all the time, members could veto against the committee)

Not knowing where to go, we came upon the idea of just taking a bus unfamiliar to us and let fate and the bus driver decide our destination and that’s how "The Bus" became the Name for our first Nation X Expedition. We got to the other side of the road and somehow we found a bus that goes to the airport which is Bus No. 36 but we were at the wrong bus stop for the bus came from the airport. So we walk down to Suntec City to catch the right bus.

We had a long wait and it's approaching 2400, we took a picture and call-up Michelle with each of us greeting her a ‘Happy Chinese New Year’. The bus came and initially we had to stand for we can’t sit since the seats have people sitting on it so we stood and Vincent was the guy who got the first seat followed by the rest.

We got to the airport at Terminal 1 before 0100 and went straight for Burger King buying drinks and me a burger and after that we went to the toilet and took pictures and proceed on to the viewing mall then we decide to check out the other one at Terminal 2 and so we took a skytrain.

The viewing mall wasn’t that good so we went back to Terminal 1 by taking the walk down the abandoned offices and the quiet cold paths where the only humans are the four of us .

And we arrived at the viewing mall. We sat down on the floor listening to music and play Truth Blackjack – cards provided by Lee and soon got to know each other's secrets. Vincent wanted to sleep and we were SHOCKED and so he didn’t but Lee was the first one who went to Dream Dimension.

At about 0315 we decided to leave the place and walk out to Changi Beach and so we did and took some pics on the road (when I say “on” its really ON) then we walk and walk and we turn back. Yeah we did that since we don’t really know how long we had to walk and none knew the exact way to the beach and so we came back to Terminal 2.

Lee went back to sleep while Shahrul and me just rest on the floor but Vincent just don’t want to sit and so he walk round and round the place and even after much persuading he doesn’t want to sit.

Shahrul and I then decide to play along and so we act as if we’re spies spying on Vincent and both of us were running around the place trying to avoid Vincent from spotting us. We got tired and went back but not Vincent. Vincent was away for quite some time and Shahrul got worried and went to look for him and found him drinking coffee. So we woke Lee up and join Vincent.

After having  hot drinks in the cold, we went back (AGAIN) to the viewing mall to look at the sunrise. It was both mine and Shahrul first concentrated look at the sunrise and it was BEAUTIFUL and  Lee, a veteran Sunrise watcher said that it was the best he ever saw.

I was of course mesmerized by the beauty of the sunrise for all this while, i never really take a good look and appreciate the beauty of it at the break of dawn. We then took two shots of the sun but the first and the nicest one did not turn out well but the second shot was pretty nice so its okay.

Okay, we were tired and had enough fun and so we left there by taking a bus to Tampines.

After our last picture of the day we went  home tired yet happy for thi is something to remember and  never forgotten unless we got amnesia and even when we get amnesia, this trip will resurface reminding us the night we spent having fun time taking pictures in the toilet and on the street, and then our first sunrise and not to mention Bus No.36 for its the bus that gives the name for our expedition and its that very  bus that lead us to  our first unforgettable
Nation X Expedition.

THE END

Yours sincerely, Rock N' Roll
